Gracious Bakery's King and Queen Cakes have become highlights of the Carnival season for New Orleanians- both are made with their sweet dough. The King Cake is wrapped around Valrhona brand dark chocolate couverture and chocolate chips, baked and then glazed with icing and sprinkled with purple, green and gold sanding sugars.
